This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our websites, mobile apps, platform services, and other products (collectively, "Services").

Sprk sends text messages to people who have given us permission to do so. This section explains how that works and what we do with the information involved.

How we obtain consent. We obtain consent to text you in one of two ways. Either you provide your mobile number and agree to receive messages through a form, an account signup, or another written interaction with us, or you verbally agree during a phone call with us and confirm the number you would like the message sent to. We keep a record of that consent, including the date, the number you confirmed, and, where consent was given by phone, the recording and transcript of that call.

What we send. Messages relate to the Sprk services relevant to you. For home inspection professionals this includes an informational link about adding solar inspections as a service, along with a small number of follow-up messages. For homeowners and other users this includes messages about reports, scheduling, and account activity you have asked us for. Message frequency varies.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at support@sprkhome.com. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we treat your mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to receive and to support delivery of those messages through our messaging providers.
