The core of it: most inspectors either skip the solar or write a disclaimer, and both leave the client without an answer. The training walks what you can actually assess on a standard inspection, what wears out versus what lasts, how the roof and the array interact, and where the line sits between an inspection observation and a call for a specialist.
The second half covers turning that into a service line rather than a favor at the end of a long day, including how solar reports fit into the work inspectors are already doing.
