How to Download a Report PDF

Before you start

• The report must already be generated. If a report is still "Not Started" or in progress, Download will not be available yet.

Steps

You can download a report PDF two ways: from the Reports dashboard or from a specific home.

### From the Reports dashboard

1. Open Reports. In the sidebar, click Reports. The Sprk Reports list opens.
2. Find the report. Use the "Search reports..." box to search by address, or click one of the stat cards (Total Reports, Energy, Inspection, Solar Listings, Appraisals) to filter by report type.
3. Click Download. On the report row, click the Download (down-arrow) icon. A "Download started" toast confirms it, and the file downloads with its filename.

### From a home's Reports tab

1. Open the home. In the sidebar, click Homes, search the address, and click the home.
2. Stay on the Reports tab. Select the report type card at the top (for example, Home Energy).
3. Click Download. Under Report Actions, in the PDF Report row, click Download (see screenshot). The PDF downloads to your device.

Tip: From the same row you can click View to open the PDF, View Online for the interactive Web Report, or Share Report to send it to yourself, the customer, or ISN.

Common mistakes

• Trying to download before the report is generated. Only generated reports have an active Download action.
• If you see "Download failed / Could not download this report. File may be unavailable or inaccessible.", the file is not available yet. Re-generate or request the report, then try again.

What happens next

The PDF saves to your device with its filename. You can open it, print it, or attach it wherever you need it. To send it directly to a client, agent, or ISN instead, use Share Report.
