How to connect ISN to Sprk Pro

Connect your ISN account to Sprk Pro so inspection jobs sync automatically and reports deliver back to ISN. For company-owner level-3 inspector accounts.

Before you start

  • Integrations are available only on company-owner (level-3) inspector accounts. If you do not see Integrations in the sidebar, you do not have access on your account.
  • Have your ISN credentials ready: your ISN Domain, Company Key, Access Key, and Secret Access Key. You get these from ISN.

Steps

  1. Open Integrations. In the left sidebar, under Management, click Integrations. The Available Integrations page lists the apps you can connect.
  2. Start the ISN connection. On the ISN card (marked Not Activated), click Connect (see screenshot). The Configure ISN Integration modal opens.
  3. Enter your ISN Domain. Type your domain into the ISN Domain field, for example `inspectionsupport.com`.
  4. Enter your Company Key. Type your key into the Company Key field.
  5. Enter your Access Key. Type your key into the Access Key field.
  6. Enter your Secret Access Key. Type your key into the Secret Access Key field (see screenshot).
  7. Save the connection. Click Save Credentials. You see the message "ISN credentials saved successfully!"

Tip: All four fields are required and marked with a red asterisk. If the save does not go through, recheck each value for extra spaces or a typo.

What happens next

Once connected, ISN jobs sync into Sprk Pro automatically, so property details and inspection status carry over without retyping. You can also deliver reports back to ISN from the Share Report modal in the Reports dashboard, using "Send to ISN as main report" or "Send to ISN as an attachment".

Common mistakes

  • Entering credentials on the wrong account. Integrations live on the company-owner level-3 inspector account, so connect ISN there, not on an individual inspector login.
  • Mixing up the keys. The Access Key and Secret Access Key are different values. Paste each into its matching field.
