How to navigate your Sprk Pro dashboard

What you will accomplish

You will learn where everything lives on your Sprk Pro dashboard so you can read your stats, jump to common tasks, and move into the rest of the platform.

Before you start

• You need to be logged in to Sprk Pro. After login you land on the dashboard at Dashboard in the sidebar.

Steps

1. Read the welcome and Certification card. The top of the page greets you with "Welcome back, {name}!" and shows your Certification card with your certification number.

1. Check your stat cards. Three cards report your activity: Total Homes, Reports Generated, and Team Members. Use these for a quick pulse on your account.

1. Use Quick Actions to start common tasks. The Quick Actions area gives you "Add New Home" and "Add Team Member" so you can begin those tasks without hunting through menus.

1. Open a home from Recent Homes. The Recent Homes table lists your latest homes. Click any row to jump straight to that home record.

1. Move around with the left sidebar. The sidebar is your map to the rest of the platform: Dashboard, Homes, Reports, My Team, My Network, Sprk Academy, Resource Center, and Settings.

Tip: The Billing and Integrations items only appear for company owner Home Inspector accounts. If you do not see them, your account level does not include them, and that is expected.

Common mistakes

• Looking for My Team or Billing and not finding them. These are limited by role and account level, so they will not show for every user.

What happens next

From here you can add your first home, generate reports, or build out your team using the same sidebar and Quick Actions every time you log in.
