How to Create Your Sprk Pro Account
Set up your Sprk Pro account: pick your designation, verify, complete company info, choose a plan, and accept the terms.
Before you start
You will need a working email address or phone number to receive a verification code, your company name and logo, and your business address.
Steps
- Go to the sign-up page. Open `https://app.sprkpro.com/signup`, or use the direct link on the Sprk website.
- Pick your designation. Select the Real Estate Agent or Home Inspector card, then click Continue.
- Fill out your details. Enter your First Name, Last Name, Email, and a Password, then confirm the password. Complete the security check and click Create Account. This routes you into onboarding.
- Verify your account. Choose your preferred method, email or SMS, and enter the six-digit code you receive.
- Complete Company Info. Enter your company name, upload your logo, select your report ordering software, and add your address. If your software is not listed, leave it out and continue. Click Continue.

- Select your plan. Choose your plan and enter a promo code if you have one, then click Apply Code. Click Next.
- Review and accept the terms. Read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, check both boxes, and continue.

Tip: When you log in for the first time, you will need to verify your account, so keep your email or phone handy.
Common mistakes
- Skipping the verification code. Your account is not active until you enter the six-digit code.
- Picking the wrong designation. If you mainly do listings or valuations, you can still register as a Home Inspector to run solar inspections.
What happens next
Once you accept the terms, onboarding finishes and you land on your Sprk Pro dashboard, where you can add homes, build your team, and start training in Sprk Academy.
