How to Complete Sprk Pro Onboarding
Finish the 5-step Sprk Pro onboarding flow, from verifying your account to accepting the terms, so you land in your dashboard ready to work.
Before you start
You need a Sprk Pro account. If you have not created one, go to the sign up page, select your role (Real Estate Agent or Home Inspector), enter your name, email, and password, and select Create Account. That routes you straight into onboarding. Have your company details and logo file ready before you begin.
Steps
Onboarding runs in 5 steps, shown as "Step N out of 5" across the top.
- Verify Account. Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email or by SMS. This confirms you control the account.
- Enter your Company Info. Fill in Company Name, upload your Company Logo, and pick your current report-ordering software from the Report Ordering Software dropdown (see screenshot). Then complete Address, City, State, ZIP Code, Phone Number, and Website. All fields are required. Select Continue once every field is populated.
- Select your plan. Inspectors see the Launch plan at $20 per month per inspector. If you have a promo code, type it into the Enter Promocode field and select Apply Code. Then select Get Started or Next to continue.
- Review and accept the Terms. Read the terms, then check both Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (see screenshot). Both are required to move forward.
- Complete. You will see "You're all set!" Select What's next? to view the orientation carousel, then Get Started With Sprk.
Tip: Gather your logo, address, and website before step 2 so you can finish Company Info in one pass.
Common mistakes
- Leaving a required Company Info field blank. The Continue button stays inactive until every starred field is filled.
- Skipping a checkbox on the Terms step. You must accept both Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
What happens next
After you select Get Started With Sprk, you land on your dashboard with a welcome message, your stat cards, and Quick Actions like "Add New Home" and "Add Team Member." You are ready to begin generating reports.
